RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby approve and accept grant agreements from the Metropolitan
Council providing the City of Saint Paul with the sum of
�160,000. 00 for the acquisition of property for the Fish Hatchery
Regional Park, and also providing the sum of $103,000. 00 for the
acquisition of property for Crosby Farms Regional Park, and the
proper City officers be and are hereby authorized to execute the
said grant agreements on behalf of the City of Saint Paul and to
comply with all terms and conditions contained therein.

This resolution is necessa�ry to accept the above-named grants ,
