RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul
does hereby approve and accept grant agreement from the
State of Minnesota , State Planning Agency, for the development
of two handball courts in Phalen Park , the grant agreement
providing the City with the sum of $18,850.00 and requiring
that the City provide a matching sum of $18 ,850.00, and the
proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to
execute the grant agreement on behalf of the City of Saint Paul .
