RESOLVED, That the application of. the Knights of Columbus,
St. Paul Council No. 397, for renewal of their bingo license (52
period) be and is hereby granted, subject to the following condition,
to which the Knights of Columbus have expressly agreed:
That the Financial Secretary-Treasurer of the
Knights of Columbus will in no way participate in the
conduct of the bingo games, in the collection or dis-
bursement of the proceeds of the bingo games, and in
preparation of reports and records involving bingo
proceeds.
