RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the C ity Attorney, the proper C ity of f icer s are
hereby authorized and directed to pa.y out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to :
1. James Johannes the sum of $125.00 in full settle-
ment of his claim of damages sustained on or about
September 10, 1977, as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on September 22,
1977.
2. Mrs. Henry Mooney the sum of $513 .13 in full settle-
ment of her claim of damages sustained on or about
September 12, 1977, as more particularly set out
in a communication to the City Council on September 27,
1977.
3. Fred Mertz the sum of $207 .80 in full settle-
ment of his claim of damages sustained on or about
October 14 , 1977, as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on November l,
1977.
4. United America Insurance Company the sum of $833.58
in full settlement of their claim of damages sus-
tained on or about October 16, 1973, as more par-
ticularly set out in a communication to the City
Council on November 9, 1973 .

CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY JAMES JOHANNES, MRS. HENRY NlOONEY,
FRED MERTZ, AND UNITED AMERICAN TNS. CO.
Clai�mant, James Johannes, was involved in an automobile accident
with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Police, vehicle on
September 10, 1977. Expenses are for the repair of the damaged
vehicle. This office approves the settlement of Mr. Johannes'
claim in the amount of $125. 00 .
Claimant, Mrs. Henry Mooney, was involved in an automo�ile acci-
dent with a City of Saint Pau1, Department of Public V�Torks,
vehicle on September 12 , 1977. Expenses are for the repair of
the damaged vehicle. This office approves the settlement of
Mrs. Mooney's claim in the amount of $513.13.
Claimant, Fred Mertz, was involved in an automobile accident
with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Community Services,
vehicle on October 14 , 1977 . Expenses are for the repair of
the damaged vehicle. This office approves the settlement o�
Mr. Mertz' claim in the amount of $207 .80.
Claimant, United American Insurance Company, requests reimburse-
ment of moneys paid to their insured, Larry D. �nTarren,
Mr. Warren was involved in an automobile accident with a
City of Saint Paul, Department of Police, vehicle on October 16,
1973 . This office approves the settlement of United American
Insurance Company's claim in the amount of $833 .58 .
