pertaining fo Yhe Weed and Seed initiative program, and
W HEREAS, the STATE and GRANTEE have agreed that additional time is necessary for the satisfactory completion of the
grant agreement; and
NOW THEREFORE IT IS AGREED BY AND BETWEEN THE PARTIES HERETO:
THAT, Clause il, Section A, Paragraph 3 of Amendment #3 to this Grant Agreement shali be amended to read:
3. The total obligation of the STATE for all compensation and reimbursement to GRANTEE shall not exceed
100 000.00 from July 1, 1998, through E�esera�ef-3�-2889 June 30. 2001.

Vi. TERMS OF GRANT. This grant contract shall be effective upon the date that the final required signature is
obiained by the STATE pursuant to MS 16C.05, Subd. 2., and shail remain in effect until ��ee��998
June�2001 or until all obligations set fiorth in the grant contract have been satisfactorily fuHilled, whichever
occurs first. The GRANTEE may claim reimbursement for expenditures incurred for services performed on
or after Juiy 1, 1998.
By execu4ion of this amendment, the terms and condi:ions of the original grant agreement and Amendments #1, #2, and #3
are expressiy reaffirmed.
