RESOLVED, That Application P 19384 for Tavern License, applied
for by Boe-Evans, Inc. , at 460-466 North Lexington Avenue, be and
the same is hereby granted, subject to the following conditions:
(1) that the licensee shall not provide any enter- �
� tainment in which any performer exposes to view any
pubic hair, or any portion of the anus, vulva, genitals,
buttocks or female breasts; and
(2) that, if it is determined that there are residents
dwelling within 200 feet of the premises at 460-466 North
Lexington, that the licensee will obtain consent signatures
from 90% of those residents.
Violation of these conditions shall be grounds for revocation
,
of all licenses held by Boe-Evans, Inc. , at the licensed premises.
