now, therefore, be it
RESOLVFD, That in accordance with Minnesota Statutes Sections
463.15 through 463.26 and based upon the foregoing findings of the City
Counci�, the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby make the
following Order:
ORDER
1. The awners of the above building shall make the saime smfe
and not detrimental to the public peace� health, snfety and wel.fare
by having the said building razed and the materials the�efrcjm removed
f�om the premises within thirty (30) days from the date of the service
of this Order;
2* Unless such cor�ective action is taken to comply with this
Order or an answer served upon the City of Saint Paul and filed i�. the
Office of the CZerk of District Court of Ramsey County, Minnesota,
within twenty (20) days from the date of the service of this Order, a
Motion for Summary Enforcement of this Order to raze and remove the
said building will be made to the Ramsey County District Court1

3. In the event that the building is to be razed by the City of
Saint Paul pursuant to judgment of the District Court, all personal
property or fixtures which may unreasonably interfere with the rnzing
and removal of this building shall be removed within ten (IO) days
from the entry of judgment; and if not so removed, the City of Saint Paul
shall remove and dispose of such personal property and fixtures as
prov ided by law f
4. If the City of Saint Paul is compelled to take any corrective
action herein, alI necessary costs expended by tha City will be assessed
agninst the above described real estste and collected as other taxesf
and be it
FURTHER R]sSOLVED, That a certified copy of this resolution and
incorporated Order herein be served upon the Zast record owners of the

The Division of Housing and Building Code Enforcement is hereby submit-
ting its report on the condition of the structure at the location re-
ferred to above.
The owners of record are:
Fee owner: N. A. Mucciacciaro, 3786 River Rd. , Afton, MN 55001
Contract Purchaser: DeLisle Realty, 1146 Rice St. , St. Paul, MN
55103
The legal description of the property is: i14+Tly 30ft, of lot 12 and
Sely lOft, of lot 13, Block 19, Lyman Daytons Addition.
Due to age, lack of proper maintenance and deterioration; this garage
is deemed beyond feasible rehabilitation and should be cvndemned as
soon as possible.
Inasmuch as the conditions outlined above constitute a public hazard
and the owners have made no attempt to satisfactorily repair the damage
despite our warning.s, and the continued vacant and boarded up condition
contributes a blighting influence on the neighborhood, it is the recom-
mendation of th�s Division that this matter be referred to the City
Attorney' s office for razing and removel through District Court proceed-
