WHEREAS, Mr. Robert Kososki, d/b/a Pam' s Sauna, is the
holder of Sauna License No. 06809 for the premises at 540
North Prior Avenue in the City of Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, the licensee wishes to terminate the licensed
business at that address, and discontinue the license so
issued by the City; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that Sauna License No. 06809 is hereby termi-
nated, effective upon publication of this resolution as
required by the Charter, and that the License Inspector is
authorized to make a pro rata refund of the license fee paid
less any necessary expenses.
