WHEREAS, The City Council in vacating a portion of the public
alley in Block 15 of Smith' s Subdivision of Stinson's Division of
the N.W. 1/4 of �Section 36, Township 29, Range 23, pursuant to the
petition of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority and as a
condition of said vacation require the dedication of an easement
for alley purposes over a portion of Lot 20, Block 15 of said
Subdivis'i.on; and
WHEREAS, The Housing and Redevelopment Authority has presented
for acceptance to the City a proposed Grant of Easement for alley
purposes as required by said vacation of alley resolution; now,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby accept the Grant of Easement for alley purposes tendered on
behalf of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of
Saint Paul, Minnesota, over that portion of Lot 20, Block 15,
Smith' s Subdivision of Stinson's Division of the N.W. 1/4 of
Section 36, Township 29 , Range 23, more particularly described in
the said Deed of Dedication, and the City Attorney is hereby �
directed to record the said Grant of Easement in the office of
County Recorder.
