RESOLVED, The Council of the City of Saint Pa.ul does hereby accept
from the Independent Sehool District No. 625 the Quit Claim Deed �or
easements described as follow�s:
A permanent easement Por street and highway purposes on,
over and across the North 20 feet of Lot l, Block 21,
Ba.ttle Creek Heights Plat 3.
Also easemen�s in the land necessary for slopes, cuts and
fills, including right of removal of lateral support from
sub�ect lands or remainder thereof, oceasioned by excava.-
tions thereof or construction of slopes in the grading and
paving of Burns Avenue from Ruth Street to McKnight Road,
as shown on Drawing No. 2173, Slope Dr. No. 2 on file and
of record in the Department of Public Works;
which easements are necessary for the Widening of Burns Avernze Fram Ruth
Street to McKnight Road, and the proper City officials are authorized to
record said deed in the proper office of recordation.
