RE50LVED, That the Council of the Cit�r of Saint Paul hereby
authorizes the Mayor to execute a Lease Agreement with the St. Paul
,Taycees for the Jaycees ' use of the Masonic Temple for the period
of October 1 through November 5, 1977, for the purpose of conducting
a civic event and related program entitled "Haunted Castle" ; the
rental to be $1.00 and indemnification of the City of Saint Paul by
an insurance policy reflecting injury or death limitations of $1,500, 000.

4. That the Jaycees will coordinate its program and efforts
with the City' s property manager to provide for the safety of
patrons of the Masonic Temple and the security of the building
during the term of this agreement.
5. That the Jaycees will at all times during the use of the
' Masonic Temple save and hold the City harmless from any and aI1
claims of whatever kind or nature that may arise from any persons
who may suffer injury or death because of coming onta the premises
of the Masonic Temple as part of the Jaycees ' program. In order to
give this indemnification full force and effect, the Jaycees agree
to provide, at its own expense, a policy of insurance nami.ng the
City as a co-insured thereon, and reflecting bodily injury and
death limits of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) per
person and One Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1, 500,000.00)
per occurrence. Additionally, the insurance shall reflect property
damage liability limits of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) .
IN WITNESS HEREOF, The parties have set their hands the date
written above and to be inserted by the City' s Director of the
Department of Finance and Management Services.
