RESOLVED, That the proper City officials are hereby authorized
and directed to execute an agreement with the U. S. Marine Corps
� (Reserves) (Military Police Company) for the use of the outdoor fire
arms practice range located in Maplewood, Minnesota, at an hourly
rental fee of $20.00, and , further, providing for an indemnification
of the City of Saint Paul against any and all claims occasioned by
the negligence of the U. S. Marine Corps personnel while using the
r ange.
