RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a �
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to:
l. James M. McCaughtry by Lewis E. McCaughtry the sum
of $104.46 in full settlement of his claim of
damages sustaine�l on or about February 6, 1977 , as
more particularly set out in a communication to
the City Council on February 22, 1977.
2. Radisson St. Paul Hotel the sum of $1,051.79 in
full settlement of its claim of damages sustained
on or about March 5, 1977, as more particularly
set out in a communication to the City Council on
April 26, 1977.

CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY JAMES M. MCCAUGHTRY BY LEWIS E. MCCAUGHTRY
AND RADIS'S0N ST. PAUL HOTEL
Claimant, James M. McCaughtry by Lewis E. McCaughtry, was
involved in an automobile accident wth a City of Saint Paul
Department of Public Works, vehicle on February 6, 1977.
Exp��ses are for the repair of the damaged vehicle. This
office approves the settlement of Mr. McCaugh try's claim
in the amount of $104 .46.
Claimant, Radisson St. Paul Hotel, requests reimburse-
ment for damages to its marquee on the side of the hotel
which was damaged by a City of Saint Paul, Department of
Public Works, snow removal vehicle on March 5, 1977.
This office approves the settlement of the Rad�sson
St. Paul Hotel' s claim in the amount of $1,051.79.
