RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby
authorizes and directs the City of Saint Paul to enter into an Agreement
with the County of Ramsey whereby the City and County will mutually
lease to one another the respective showmobile (portable stage) of each
on an as-needed basis, a copy of said Agreement to be kept on file and
of record in the Department of Finance and Management Services.

A G R E E M E N T
" AN AGREEMENT, Dated this day of ,
1977, by and between the COUNTY OF RAMSEY, Minnesota, .hereinafter
referred to as "County, " and the CITY OF SAINT PAUL, Minnesota,
hereinafter referred to as "City" ;
WITNESSETH: .
WHEREAS, The County and City each own a showmobile which is
a portable stage used for concerts and other programming; and
WHEREAS, The Parks Departments of both the County and City
desire to use the showmobile of the other for the staging of res-
pective shows and programs of each;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED BY AND BETWEEN THE COUNTY
AND CITY AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the County and City will lend the showmobile of each
to the other party upon request and without charge.
2. That the duration of each loan hereunder shall be of a
period of time to be mutually agreed on by the parties at the time
of each loan.
3. That upon the loan of a showmobile, the borrowing party
shall assume the responsibility and costs of moving and set-up.
4. That the costs of damage of whatever kind, reasonable
wear and tear excepted, to a showmobile while on loan shall be the

responsibility of the borrowing party.
5. That this agreement shall continue and remain in force
until terminated by either party, which may be accomplished by
sixty (60) days' written notice.
IN WITNESS HEREOF, The parties have set their hands the date
first written above and to be inserted by the City' s Director of
' the Department of Finance and Management Services. .
