Attached is a resolution constituting a task force for the purpose of updating the plan. It includes representatives from the City, Ramsey County, Independent School District No. 625, and from a number of private agencies. The task force is to be staffed by Frank Cotroneo. The task force will cease to exist after it has presented its recommendations to the Mayor and the Council. No additional budget for staff or equipment is required, and no expensive publication on procedures is authorized. In addition, I am giving th.e task force • the charge of developing a practical minimum plan for coordinating existing functions in an emergency situation. I ask your concurrence with this resolution, and I urge your early action. Thank you. incerely, —--- GEOR LATI ER Mayo GL/lm attachment cc: Frank Cotroneo O
