Joseph's Lane, and south of Tenth Street, for the purpose of providing off-street parking and until such time as the State makes use of said land again. MN.46—E001-002, AND SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING ANNUAL CONTRIBUTION CONTRACT NO.
