RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to:
1. Francis O'Harra the sum of $248.64 in full settle-
ment of his claim of damages sustained on or about
March 3, 1977•, as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on March 22, 1977.
2. Northern States Power Company the sum of $400.00
in full settlement of its claim of damages sus-
tained on or about June 16, 1976, as more par-
ticularly set out in a communication to the City
Council on September 21 , 1976.

CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY OF S��NT PAUL
BY FRANCIS O'HARRA AND NORTHERN STATES
POWER COMPANY
Claimant, Francis O'Harra, was involved in an automobile
accident with a City of Saint Paul, Department of
Public Works snow plow on March 3, 1977 . Expenses are
for the repair of the damaged vehicle. This office
approves settlement of Mr. b'Harra' s claim in the
amount of $248. 64 . �
Claimant, Northern States Power Company, requests re-
imbursement for property damaged by a City of Saint Paul,
' Department of Public Works vehicle on June 16, 1976.
This office approves the settlement of the Northern
States Power Company' s claim in the amount of $400.00.
