WHEREAS, Thanas J. DeLisle, 3895 N. Victoria St., St. Paul, Minne-
sota, 55112, is the owner of and was assessed $72.60 for refuse removal
at 1663 Barclay St., and
WHEREAS, Owner did not request services or have knowledge of ser-
vices rendered, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That Thomas J. DeLisle be refunded $72.60 from the Solid
Waste Collection Fund.
