WHLREAS� Bradford Securities Processing Services Inc. , of New York, New York,
has submitted to the office of the Department of Finance and Management Services,
a bond, No. 36144, being one of a series of Water Works Bonds, Series 1959A,
requesting the City to validate one of the coupons attached thereto, Coupon
No. 36, in the sum of $18.00, due on the lst day of September, 1977, which coupon
has been mutilated so that the bond number has been partially cut off of said
coupon; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED� �hat pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter
475, as amended, the proper City officer is hereby authorized to validate said
coupon by the following procedure and in the following manner: the face of
the coupon shall be stamped "validated" over the signature of the present
Director of the Department of Finance and Management Services; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, 1lzat the Director of Finance and Management Services is
hereby authorized and directed to transmit to Bradford Securities Processing
Services Inc. , of New York, New York, via their Minneapolis office, together
with the aforementioned Bond, No. 36144, a certified copy of this resolution
authorizing the validating of the aforementioned bond coupon.
