RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to:
1. Dennis W. Thiel the sum of $59 .40 in full settle-
ment of hsi claim of damages sustained on or about
January 12, 1977, as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on March 29 , 1977.
2. Doyle Karst the sum of $290.00 in full settle-
ment of his claim of damages sustained on or about
March 4, 1977, as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on March 22, 1977.
3. Mrs. Carol C. Ashe the sum of $16. 20 in full settle-
ment of her claim of damages sustained on or about
December 28, 1976, as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on January 25, 1977.

CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY DENNIS W. THIEL, DOYLE KARST, AND
MRS. CAROL C. ASHE
Claimant, Dennis W. Theil, was involved in an automobile
accident with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Police,
vehicle on January 12 , 1977. Expenses are for the repair
of the damaged vehicle. This office approves the settle-
ment of Mr. Thiel' s claim in the amount of $59 .40 .
Claimant, Doyle Karst, was involved in an automobile
accident with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Public
Works, vehicle on March 4, 1977. Expenses are for the
repair of the damaged vehicle. This office approves the
settlement of Mr. Karst' s claim in the amount of $290.00.
Claimant, Mrs. Carol C. Ashe, requests reimbursement for
damages to her glasses which were broken when she fell
on damaged City sidewalk. This office approves the
settlement of Mrs. Ashe' s claim in the amount of $16. 20.
