TI� COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. Section 94.01 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code is hereby amended to read as follows: "94.01. Bond Termination. Section 4. Section 94.04 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code is hereby amended to read as follows: "94.04. Nota.ce to Departments. Section 2. Section 94.02 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code is hereby amended to read as follows: "94.02. Insurance Termination. Whenever the insurance company on any insurance policy required by the city to be filed pursuant to the Legislative Code, elects to terminate its liability on said insurance policy, such insuranee company shall cause a written notice of its intention to termi- nate its liability to be served upon the insured under said policy, giving said insured at least 30 days in which to secure a new policy, and upon filing proof of such service with the E���-Eex�p��e��e�= Director of the Department of Finance and Manaqement Services, and upon the expiration of the 30-day period, the liability of said insurance company shall terminate, and the license or permit for which such insurance was given shall automatically be cancelled and annulled unless within the said 30-day period �he licensee or permittee shall have filed a new and acceptable insurance policy." Section 3. Section 94.03 of the Sa int Paul Legislative Code is hereby amended to read as follows: "94.03. Service of Notice.
