RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to :
1. Mrs. Richard H. Summers the sum of $316.01 in full
settlement of her claim of damages sustained on or
about March 1, 1977, as more particularly set out
in a communication to the City Council on March 22,
1977.
2. Mrs. John Thill the sum of $20 .00 in full settle-
ment of her claim of damages sustained on or about
February 15, 1977, as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on March 8, 1977.
3. Muriel F. Preuss the sum of $276.72 in full settle-
ment of her claim of damages sustained on or about
January 22, 1977, as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on February 15,
1977.

M E M O R A N D U M
CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY MRS. RICHARD H. SUMMERS, MRS. JOHN
THILL, AND MURIEL F. PREUSS
Claimant, Mrs. Richard H. Summers, was involved in an
automobile accident with a City of Saint Paul, Depart-
ment of Police, vehicle on March l, 1977. Expenses
are for the repair of the damaged veh�i�cle. This office
approves the settlement of Mrs. Summers' claim in td�e
amount of $316. 01.
Claimant, Mrs. John Thill, requests reimbursement for
damages to her driveway caused by a City of Saint Paul,
Department of Fire and Safety Services, vehicle when
it parked on her driveway to fight a fire at a neighbor-
ing house. This office approves the settlement of
Mrs. Thill' s claim in the amount of $20 . 00.
Claimant, Muriel F. Preuss, was involved in an automobile
accident with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Police,
vehicle on January 22, 1977. Expenses are for the re-
pair of the damaged vehicle. This office approves the
settlement of Ms. Preuss' claim in the amount of $276. 72 .
