RESOLVED, that the application of B.A.T., Inc. , d/b/a
Bowie' s Bar at 755 Jackson Street in Saint Paul, for a tavern
license pursuant to Chapter 311 of the Saint Paul Legislative
Code is hereby approved subject to the following condition:
1. The licensee shall not provide any enter-
tainment in which any performer exposes to view
any pubic hair, or any portion of the anus, vulva,
genitals, buttocks or female breasts.
Violation of this condition shall be grounds for revocation of
all licenses held by B.A.T. , Inc. at the licensed premises.
