FURPOSE AND RATIONALE FQR Z'8Z5 ACTION: �
Durinq the i977 Budget: hearfngs, Council expressed a qeed, in view of
the ir�creasing number � (�g Camplaints, to expand the Canin� Control program.
Funds were�"set aside irt the Contingent Reserve-General pending a; propased program
and budget, By making use of CETA personnel , it is felt that the transfer of �
59,554 into the Canine Control Budget will make possible one more van fn
op�ration and an increase in the normal operating hours.
