RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
r elease in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000 , to:
1. Beata M. Harris the sum of $101.56 in full settle-
ment of her claim of damages sustained on or about
February 11, 1977, as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on March 1, 1977.
2. James M. McCaughtry the sum of $376.00 in full
settlement of his claim of damages sustained on
or about February 6, 1977, as more particularly
set out in a communication to the City Council on
February 22, 1977.
3. Michael L. Budde the sum of $225.40 in full settle-
ment of his claim of damages sustained on or about
February 23, 1977, as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on March 8, 1977.

CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY BEATA M. HARRIS, JAMES M. McCAUGHTRY,
AND MICHAEL L. BUDDE
Claimant, Beata M. Harris, was involved in an automobile
accident with a City of Saint Paul, Department of
Public Works, vehicle on February 11, 1977. Expenses
are for the repair of the damaged vehicle. This office
approves the settlement of Ms. Harris' claim in the
amount of $101. 56 .
Claimant, James M. McCaughtry, was involved in an
automobile accident with a City of Saint Paul, Depart-
ment of Public Works, vehicle on February 6, 1977.
Expenses are for the repair of the damaged vehicle.
This office approves the settlement of Mr. McCaughtry' s
claim in the amount of $376.00.
Claimant, Michael L. Budde, was involved in an automobile
accident with a City of Saint Paul, Depar tment of Police,
vehicle on February 23, 1977. Expenses are for the

the settlement of Mr. Budde' s claim in the amount of
