RF50LVED, that the Council. of the City of St. Pau1 does hereby authorise
the purchase of �he above described land; and be it
FURTHER RFSOLVED, that the proper City off:i.cials axe hereby authorized
and directed to pay to Sh3rley Ann Heilman and John Peter Heilman, record
fee owners, the sum of $1.�,000.00. The conditions of said sale are as eet
forth in the Memorandum on Sale of Real Estate, dated Ma.rch 31, 1977;
said mernorandum is a�tached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Said aum to be paid from PIR Fund Code 60000-711-000 (L-7905) to be reim-
bursed from Water Po11ut3.on Abatement Funds and 1975 Public Improvem.ent
Aid Funds. The payment is to be made upon the City being furnished
evidence of �ood marketable title in the aforesaid vendors, and the total
payment to be made upon tender by said parties of appropriate deeds
conveying title to said property to the City of St. Paul.
