WHEREAS , The Ramsey County Parks Department has received a grant for
the construction of a toilet building at the County ' s Beaver
Lake Park which is located in the City of Saint Paul , and
WHEREAS , The approval of the City of Saint Paul is required by the
Ramsey County Board of Commissioners prior to construction and ,
WHEREAS , The Departments of Community Services has reviewed the plans
for the proposed facility and find them to be in conformance
� with the City' s plans , and
WHEREAS, Ramsey County will make application for all permits required
by the City, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby approves
the Ra�sey County Parks Department plans for the Beaver
Lake Park toilet facility.
