driving Yraining.
;.iability. The User will indemnify the Twin Cities Army Ammunition Plant and the County of Ramsey in the
State of Minnesota from any damages to property or injuries to persons it may be required to pay as a result
of any suits, claims, judgments, damages, and expenses arising out of the City of Saint Paul's use of Twin
Cities Army t�nununition Plant grounds and facilities in Arden HitIs under this Agreement which are
atlributable to negligent acts or omissions by the City of Saint Paul, its employees, agents or contractors
througl:out May 28- June 30. This indemnification shall not be construed as a waiver of the municipal tort
liability limits set forth in Minn. Stat. §466.01 et seq. Also, this indemnification does not include injuries or
damages arising from hidden traps or dangerous condiGons of the premises itself as to which e Twin Cities
Army A..nmunition Plant and County of Ramsey had actual or constructive noYice; and d ages or injuries
arising out of occurrences or events which are not part of the authorized use of the p �ses or which do not
take place on the premises unde: this Ageement.
