Claim against City of Saint Paul
by Louis Ekhaml and Charlotte M. Ekhaml
Claimants, Louis Ekhaml and Charlotte M. Ekhaml, request
additional compensation for damages to their property
when an alley was constructed in Black 4 Ufton Grove,
Plat 1,, in May, 1975. After discussion with Mr. Roy E.
Bredahl, Jr. , Assistant Valuation Engineer, Department
of Finance and Management Services, Division of Assess-
ments and Valuations, this office approves the settlement
to Mr, and Mrs. Ekhaml in the amount of $300.00.
