RESOLVED, That the Council of the;City of Saint Paul hereby
approves the attached Agreement between the City of Saint Paul,
the Housing and Redevelopment Authority, and Oxford Properties,
U. S. , Ltd. , and hereby authorizes and directs the proper City
officials to execute the Agreement; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Mayor of the City of Saint Paul is
authorized to select an�architect for the design of an Enclosed
Public Area to be:�constructed by the City of Saint Paul in Seventh
Street between Minnesota and Cedar Streets; and be it
FURTHER R�'SOLVED, That the proper City officials are autho- �
rized and directed to execute an Architectural Service Contract
for the design of the Enclosed Public Area to be constructed in
Seventh Street between Minnesota and Cedar Streets.
