are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to: Richard A. Moore and Elizabeth
D. Moore and their attorney, J. Patrick Plunkett, the sum of
$I00.00 in full settlement of their claim for damages sustained
August 28, 1975, as more. particularly set out in a communication
to �he City Council on October 14, 1975.

sustained when the City was laying a new electrical line along
the south side of Summit Avenue.
This office approves the settlement of this claim in
