RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to :
1. Steve Ledman the sum of $181.33 in full settle-
ment of his claim of damages sustained on or about
February 24, 1977, as more particularly set out in
a communication to the City Council on June 21, 1977.
� 2. Hazel Warren the sum of $95 .73 in full settle-
ment of her claim of damages sustained on or about
May 17, 1974, as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on June 5, 1974.

M E M O R A N D U M
CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL BY
STEVE LEDMAN AND HAZEL WARREN
Claimant, Steve Ledman, was involved in an automobile accident
with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Police, vehicle on
February 24, 1977. Expenses are for th e repair of the damaged
vehicle. This office approves the settlement of Mr. Ledman's
claim in the amount of $181.33 .
Claimant, Hazel Warren, requ ests r�imbursement for medical and
doctor bills as a result of a sidewalk falldown on May 17,
1974 . This office approves the settlement of Ms. Warren's
claim in the amound of $95.73 .
