WHEREAS, the Board of Comnissioners of the Housing and Redevelopment
Authority of the City of Saint Paul has approved the preparation of an
application for Minnesota Housing Finance Agency funds for rehabilitation
grant purposes under the City's Rehabilitation Loan and Grant Program; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Housing and Redevelopment Authority
to seek the approval of such appl'ication from the Council of the City of
Saint Pau1 ; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby �
:�approve the application of the Housing and Redevelc�pment Authority to4the
- `Minnesota Housing Finance Agency for a 12-month �^e�ervation of $864,081 �or
rehabilitation grants for use under the City's Rehabilitation Loan and,
Grant Program.
