THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section l. That Chapter 11 of the St. Paul Administrative Code shall be amended to read as follows: "11.01 -- All departments, bureaus and agencies of the City government shall transmit to the Ma.yor, on or before Atsg�.s�-� June 15 of each ye.ar, such requests deemed necessary to e included in the budgets for the following fisca� year. All requests shall be submitted on forms approved by the Ma.yor. , 11.02 -- On or before 9e�ebe�-� Au st 15 of y each year, the Ma.yor shall submit to t e ouncil his � recommended budgets. Upon receipt thereof, the Council shall fix a date or dates for public hearing on the submitted budgets, and shall pubZish once in the official newspaper of the City the revenue summary and expenditure summary of the Ma.yor' s recommended budgets together with notice of the proposed public hearing thereon." This section shall take effect and be in force Januaxy 1, 1978. That Chapter 11 of the St. Paul Administrative Code shall be further amended to read as follows: "11.03 -- Upon completion of the hearing, or any adjournments thereof, and not later than October �� 1 of each year, the Council shall by resolution or ordinance if applicable adopt the budgets for the , next following fiscal year.
