WHEREAS, a public hearing was held in the matter of an assessment
for summary abatement action taken by the Division of Housing and
Building Code Enforcement relating to property at 1765 Munster legally
� described as: West 36.5 feet of Lot 23 and south 99 feet of east 3.2
feet of west 39.7 feet of Lot 23, Block 6 Homecroft Addition, and
WHEREAS, an assessment in the amount of $369.00 was ratified by
this Council, C.F. No. 268845, and
WHEREAS, the Council finds after a public hearing held on May 26,
1977, that the Notice of Summary Abatement was partially inadequate,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the assessment be reduced in
the amount of $184.50, and
FURTHER RESOLVED the Council does ratify a new assessment in the
amount of $184. 50.
