WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Saint Paul did approve, by its
Resolution, Council File No. 268007, dated October 14, 1976, the use of
$160,000 in Corrrannunity Development Block Grant Year II funds for Rehabilitation
Grants to private homeowners residing within the following ITA's:
Stevens ITA--District 3
Conway Street ITA--District 4
Burr Street ITA--District 5
Churchill Street ITA--District 6
Matilda ITA Expansion--District 6
Lexington-Hamline ITA--District 13
Linwood ITA--District 16
• and
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority has indicated that the
above-mentioned ITA's can no longer use all the funds reserved for them; now,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the balance of the funds remaining from the $160,000
dedicated for use in the above-named ITA's is hereby released for processing
any eligible application for rehabilitation grants within any area of the '
City approved by HUD.
