Albright, d/b/a Centennial Store (License ID No. 0087087) for the violation of sale of tobacco to a minor pursuant to Council File # O1-101; and WHEREAS, a copy of the Resolution was mailed to the Licensee together with notice that the fine was due by March 9, 2001 by the Office of LIEP on February 13, 2001 and no fine money was received by that date; and 9 WHEREAS, by letter dated March 19, 2001, the Office of the City Attorney advised 10 Licensee that if the money had not been received by March 23, 2001 that they would seek 11 suspension of the CigaretteiTobacco License until such time as the license was paid and as of 12 Mazch 29, 2001 no fine money has been received by LIEP; now, therefore be it 13 14 RESOLVED, that the Cigarette/Tobacco License held by Cecilia Aibright, d/b/a 15 Centennial Store (L'acense ID No. 0087087) is hereby suspended unril such time as the $200 fine 16 imposed by Councii File #O1-101 has been paid in full.
