the ad.dendum to the agreement between the City and Chicago, Milwaukee, Saint
Paul and Pa�ific Railroa.d. Compat�y, dated October 8, 1976, and authorized per
Resolution, Council File No. 267931 pertaining to the construction by the City
of the RESERVE STREET WEST BOUND BRID(� N0. 62531, City Project B-1010 and the
CHILDS RQAD �RAMP BRID(� N0. 62532, City Pro�ect B-1049, and the proper City
officers axe authorized and directed to execute the addendwm to the agreement
on behalf of the City of Saint Paul, a copy of said agreement to be maintained
on file in the Office of the Depaxtment oP Finance and Management Servicea.
