Financial Reporting Acirievement for their role in preparing the 1999 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council, on behalf of the City of Saint Paul,
acknowledges George Splichal's and 7ose 3ovellana's receipt of the GFOA Award of Financial Reporting
Achievement and expresses its appreciation for their work resulting in the award of the Certificate of
Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting.
