RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City off icers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to :
1. Lynda Pladers and State Farm Insurance Company the
sum of $473 .20 in full settlement of their claim
of damages sustained on or about May 6, 1977, as
more particularly set out in a communication to
the City Council on June 21, 1977.
2. Donald Kluxdal the sum of $164 .88 in full settle-
ment of his claim of damages sustained on or about
August 19, 1977, as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on September 22,
1977 .

CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL BY
LYNDA PLADERS AND STATE FA1j,M INSURANCE;
AND DONALD KLUXDAL
Claimant, Lynda Pladers, was involved in an accident with a
City of Saint Paul, Department of Public Works, vehicle on
May 6, 1977 . Expenses are for the repairs to the damaged
vehicle. This office approves the settlement of Ms. Pladers
an:d State Farm Insurance Company's claim in the amount of
$473 .20 .
Claimant, Donald Kluxdal , requests reimburs�nent for repairs
to his vehicle. The vehicle was damaged on August 19 , 1977 ,
when a street light owned by the City of Saint Paul fell on
the hood of the car. This office approves the settlement of
Mr. Kluxdal 's claim in the amount of $164 . 88 .
