RESOLVED, That in accordance with Section 231.07 dealing
with Sewer Service Availability Charges (SAC) , the Council does
hereby set a public hearing on the proposed increase of SAC
charges from $375.00 per unit to $400. 00 per unit, to be held on
December 13, , 19 77 , at 10: 00 A.M. , in the Council
Chambers, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice
of said hearing; the publication of which is to be had at least
seven days before the hearing.
