RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul
does hereby accept the dedication by the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul of the
property bounded by Iglehart, Carroll, Grotto and St. Albans
for park purposes, and the City Attorney is hereby directed
to place the deeds of dedication of record.

Dear Mrs. Mix:` '
On June 17, 1976, the HRA presented deeds dedicating
to the City of Saint Paul, for park purposes, the
block bounded by Iglehart, Carroll, Grotto and St.
Albans. I have examined the deeds and wish to advise
that they are in proper legal form for acceptance by
the City and recording in the Register of Deeds office.
The Department of Cocrununity Services advises that
acceptance of the property for park purposes is in
the best interests of the City.
The enclosed resolution accepts dedication of the park,
and I would like to receive a copy of the resolution
following passage by the City Council.
