Salary Plan and Rates of Compensation.
WHEREAS, it is appropriate and desirable to .give the Executive
arm of t,he City fu].1 authority to use the wage steps that are set by the
City Council; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Salary Plan and Rates of Compensation be
amended in Section V thereof by adding, immediately following the material
in Section V, the following:
"Provided further, however, that an appointee to any of t1�.e •
following positions may be paid at any of the steps in the
Salary Range:
Budget Director
Chief of Police
City Attorney
City Clerk and Commissioner of Registration
Deputy City Attorney
Director, Department of Community 5ervices
Director, Department of Finance and Management 5ervices
Director, Department of Planning and Economic Development
Director, Department of Public Works
Executive Assistant to the Mayor
Fire Chief
Labor Relations Director
Director of Management
