MARIAN FLANNERY, AND COMMERCIAL UNION ASSURANCE COMPANIES Claimant, George Marx, requests reimbursement for damages to his automobile which occurred on December 15 , 1976, when a City of Saint Paul, Department of Community Services tree trimming crew was removing a tree stump at Thomas and Lexington Streets. This office approves the settle- ment of Mr. Marx' s claim in the amount of $75.32. Claimant, Karl Johnson, was anvolved in an automobile accident with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Public Works vehicle on December 2, 1976. Expenses are f�or the repair of the damaged vehicle. This office approves the settlement of Mr. Johnson' s claim in the amount of $157.5Q. Claimant, Mrs. Marian Flannery, reque sts reimbursement for damages to her eye glasses and pant suit which were broken and torn when she fell on a city sidewalk on November 7, 1976, at 20Q West 7th Street. This office approves the settlement of Mrs. Flannery's cla�m in the amount of $52. 90. Claimant, Commerical Union Assurance Companies, requests reimbursement for monies paid out to their insured, Elizabeth Todd, as a result of an accident she had with a City of Saint Paul, Departm�ent of Public Works vehicle on May 4, 1976 .
