The Council of the City of St. Panl will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House (third £loor) at 10:00 a.m, on February 15, 1977 to consYder the ratification of the assesseient for the Demalition Qf Vacant Buildings in accordance with Mfnnesota Statutes Sections 463.15 through 4b3.26; also Boarding-Up of Vacant Buildings and Summary Abateme�t of Nuisances, which work has aiready been completed. The recan�nended assessment against the property describ�d bela�+i is as follaws; Lat Block Addition Assessment Within twenty days after the order adopting the assessmeat, any person may ap�eaZ �� the District Court by filing a natice of appeal with the Citq Cl�ric stating the grounds upon which the appeal is taken. Such notice shall be filed with the Glerk of the District Court within ten days after the filing with the City Clerk. (Charter Section I4.01.4) Failure to file the required aotices within the times specifi�d sha12 forever prohibit ;an appeal from the assessment. If you have anq questions or desire additional information regarding these proceedings, it is recac�ended that you contact the Department of Community Services at 298-5644. It is further recommended that you attend this public hearing to afford qou the opportunity to make your views known to the City Council.
