RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING DATE FOR PUBLIC
HEARING ON REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR
SHEPARD PAR.K WEST
RESOLVED, that pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section
462. 521, Subdivision 1, a public hearing be held in the Council
Chambers, City Hall, 15 West Kellogg Boulevard, Saint Paul,
Minnesota, on Tuesday, February 22 , 1977, at l0 o 'clock a.m. ,
Central Standard Time, upon the Redevelopment Plan For Shepard
Park West Redevelopment Project and the project and financing
plan proposed thereby, and that the City Clerk cause notice of
the time, place and purpose of this pubTic hearing in a newspaper
of general circulation in the community at least ten (10) days
prior to date of public hearing.
