WHEREAS, It has been deemed advisable and necessary for the City
of Saint Paul to participate in the cost of a construction project located
on T.H. No. 61 within the limits of said municipality, and
WHEREAS, Said construction project has been approved by the
Department of Highways and identifted in its records as S.A.P. No.
164-010-17 8 18.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That we do hereby appropriate from
our Municipal State Aid Street Funds the sum of $45,000.00 to apply toward
the construction of sald project and request the Comnissioner of Highways
to approve this authorization.
