Said Director further reports that he has assessed and levied the total amount as above ascertained, to-wit: the sum
of $ 7�700.30 upon each and every lot, part or parcel of land deemed benefited by the said improve-
ment, and in the case of each lot, part or parcel of land in accordance with the benefits conferred thereon; that the said
assessment has been completed, and that hereto attached, identified by the signature of the said Director, and made a part
hereof, is the said assessment as completed by him, and which is herewith submitted to the Council for such action
thereon as may be considered proper.

Dear Citizen:
As a courtesy to you, and as required by law, we want to notify ycu abou� a public
hear£ng which may affect you.
The Council of the City of St. Paul will hold a public hearing in the Council Cha�abers;
of the City Hall and Court House (third floor) at 10:00 a.m. on Februarq 8, 1977 ta
consider the ratification of the assessmsnt for the Demolitian of Vacant Bufldings fn
accordance with Minnesot� Statutes Sections 463.I5 thro�gh 463.26; also Boardiag-up of
Vacant Buildings and Suasnary Abatement of Nuisancea, which work has already b�en
completed.
The recommended asseasment against the properCy described belaw is as followa:
Lot Block Addition Assessmsnt
Within twenty daps after the order adopting the asseasment, anq person may appeal to the
District Court by filing a notice of appeal with the City Clerk stating the grouads upon
which the appeal is taken. Such notice shall be filed with the Clerk of the Di.strict
Court within ten daya after the filing with the City Clerk. (Charter Section 14.01.4)
Failure to file the required natices �ithin the times specified shall forever prohibit
an appeal from the assessment. .
If qou have anp questions or desire additional information regarding these procee8ings,
it is recoamnended that you contact the Depart�enC of Co�unity Services at 298-5644.
It is further recommended that you attend this pu6lic hearing to afford you the oppo�tunity
to make your views knawn to the City Council. To comply with the City Charter, the
Department of Finance is charged with informing yau of this public hearing.
Formal billing can be made upon adoption and publication of the above imprpvament.
