RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to:
1. Lawrence C. Osterkamp the sum of $26 .37 in full
settlement of his claim of damages sustained on or
about November 29 , 1976, as more particularly set
out in a communication to the City Council on
November 23, 1976.
2. Zurich-American Insurance Companies the sum of
$533.00 in full settlement of its claim of damages
sustained on or about October 21, 1976, as more
particularly set out in a communication to the City
Council on November 23, 1976.

CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY LAWR.ENCE C. OSTERKAMP AND ZURICH-AMERICAN
INSURANCE COMPANIES
Claimant, Lawrence C. Osterkamp, requests reimbursement
for medical bills incurred when he fell in a city street
on November 29 , 1976. This office approves the settle-
ment of Mr. Osterkamp' s claim in the amount of $26 .37.
Claimant, Zurich-American Insurance Companies, requests
reimbursement for monies paid out to their insured as
a result of an accident with a City of Saint Paul,
Department of Public Works vehicle on October 21, 1976.
This office approves the settlement. of Zurich-American' s
claim in the amount of $533. 00.
