Counci esolut ' n � , _ Presented By Referred To Committee: Date Out of Committee By Date RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby approves and directs the City Purchasing Department to insert said clause in all City solicitations for bids on contracts for the purchase of labor and material or labor only: All Contractors and Subcontractors shall conform to the labor laws of the State of M innesota, and all other laws, ordinances, and legal requirements affect- ing the work in the City. The minimum wage rate per hour to be paid for each classification of work shall be union wage rate in the locality of the project for those classifications over which the unions have jurisdiction and the local prevailing rates for the classifications of work in localities over which the unions do not have jurisdiction.
